We meet online and have an in-depth evaluation to map out exactly how to get to your goal.

I will create a customized plan that makes sense for you and your lifestyle.
Based on the information gathered in our consultations, I’ll design a body transformation training program unique to you.
I’ll set the frequency and intensity you need to work at each week in order to meet your goals. It will be personalized to your abilities, and priorities.
You’ll get specific and comprehensive instructions to follow: the order of exercises you need to do, the number of sets, reps and rest periods.
I will be as specific and clear as possible so you can approach each and every workout with confidence
Training in the Gym:
One on one training where I am able to spot you and watch your form. This allows me to tailor your workout each session for you based on various factors I observe during your training session.
Virtual Personal Training:
This option has several online platforms to choose from Zoom, FaceTime, Google Duo, etc. Here we have one on one training that can be done from anywhere in the world. I have become very resourceful in finding exercises that do not require traditional weights to help you achieve your fitness goals.
90 DAY B2BC, Online Personal Training:
This Program is for someone who is self motivated. During the pandemic, I took the time to create a database of workout clips with me explaining how to perform the exercise and showing you how to do the exercises as well. After gathering information from you, I put together a set of workouts for you to complete on your own throughout the month. At the end of the month we have a meeting to discuss your progress and with the information I receive from you I am able to put together new workouts for you. This is a 90 day program that is sure to yield results. ORDER HERE
Nutrition plays a huge role in getting you the results you want so I make sure you have your own custom, effective plan.
Don’t worry, I’ll work with you to make sure your food plan is something you’ll enjoy preparing!
