Waiver

I am at least 18 years old and I hereby, intending to be bound by myself, my heirs, executors or administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against B2 Body Creations, any and all of its agents, companies, representatives, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me as a result of the nutrition and/or supplement information supplied by B Fit. Any and all information given to me by B2 Body Creations is for general purposes only and is not to be construed as medical advice.

Consult with your physician or health care provider before embarking on any fitness, training, diet, nutrition or supplementation program. B2 Body Creations and all of its agents, companies, representatives, and assigns assume no liability for any information.

I understand the initial fee is non-refundable. If I choose to continue with the online training I understand that there is a monthly membership charged to my card on file until I cancel this membership in writing.
