⚡ My Favorite part of training with Brandi is that she encourages me. She’s giving me confidence which I never had and makes me train harder she’s directed my diet and my supplements and the difference in my body and my training is incredible. My favorite part of training with Brandy is that she is for real she’s a real trainer with great personality and works with you as a team and a friend she’s there for you during training and even when you’re not, her personality encourages you not just doing training but when she’s not with you also want to.
What makes Brandi different than other trainers is she is more than a trainer she is a friend a confident and nutritional expert an expert in the area of body sculpting And she did not treat you like a paying customer she is actually a true friend.

Being that AF and you being my first time at a gym and working with a trainer I can’t compare. All I can say is that I went in to tone up and get healthy and have had nothing but a positive experience with AF. I never felt judged or self-conscious. Once I started working with you, I was seeing amazing results, learning great work outs and feeling great about myself. I always thought having a trainer was a luxury and not a necessity. ⚡ 1. My favorite part of training with you is that you make it fun! I do not feel like each session is torture for me, even though my body feels like it was worked extremely hard the next day! I love that I look forward to my sessions with you.
2. I have never had another trainer before but, the only reason I signed up for a session with you is because while I was working out by myself, you would make comments on what I was doing and you got to know me a little bit even before I was one of your clients. You showed interest in me and my fitness when I was not even paying you to do so, which made me want to book a session with you! You showed that you honestly care about the person, not the money aspect of the job.
3. When we train together, I feel like I’m working extremely hard. The workouts are exhausting and they push me to my limit (in a good way). It’s hard work but it’s also fun!
4. Training with you is different than just an ordinary day at the gym. I do better when I am pushed and critiqued by someone other than myself. It was difficult going from being a gymnast with very structured workouts to being on my own at the gym. It’s a great experience having a “coach” again even if it is only every few weeks! I like having you there to help me worth new things and keep an eye on my form!

⚡ Training with you is different from other trainers because you truly care. It’s not just a business. You make the sessions tough but fun. Yours are always personalized.

⚡ 1) you won’t let anyone slack and actually care about what you do and the clients that you have. We may hate you at times, but we know its tough love

2) you don’t care about our tears! And you actually take the time to get to know all of your clients and build a real with them. (Even if you don’t like them)

3) depends, sometimes it’s fear, sometimes can’t feel anything at all (literally because you’ve basically killed us), but for sure always like we can conquer the world. If we can survive you, we can survive anything.

4) I’ve trained with other people and they really could care less if we fall off the wagon or not, you encourage us to stay on it even when we’re not training with you... also you’re a lot meaner when we train.

⚡ I loved training with you because you always push me to my limit. I felt that every workout was different and it pushed me to give it my all. Training was fun and was something I looked forward to. You’re a really nice and sweet person but when it comes to training you have a no b.s. approach, which I truly appreciated.


⚡ When you come to the gym you’ll be greeted with the upmost respect and during training she’ll remain friendly. However, when you are training that friendliness continues with her pushing you to the max. Every repetition will come with a friendly bossy tone where she’s not only pushing you to be the best you can be but where you also want to get that last rep in regardless of how hard it appears. All while making sure your form is kept and the precautions are being taken to prevent injury.

You’ll get to know Brandi as a person too, not only as a trainer. She is very knowledgeable and relatable, not only does she know what it takes to help you reach your fitness goals, she also knows what it takes to win if you decide to compete.

How do you feel when we train together?

⚡ I felt like I wanted to die but then I started seeing the results and dying didn’t seem as bad . I felt great even when a little sore but was always full of energy.

What makes this overall experience different than any other fitness class, gym, trainer, etc.?

⚡ I’m a firm believer of you get out what you out in. If your goal is to get in better shape, maintain your current shape, and or to participate in your first fitness competition, you need to be mentally prepared to do that. It will be hard in the beginning but it gets easier as you continue. At the end of the day your trainer can only do so much, if you’re not following your meal plan all the hard work will go undone.

⚡ What makes this experience different from others is that I meal prep and train the same. Training with Brandi set the core foundation I needed, a foundation I still use today. You will learn so much about your body, your boundaries and how to challenge yourself everyday regardless of how much you want to give up. Brandi helped instill the discipline I needed to get my body in the shape I see fit.

⚡ I really like training with you because you always push me to do more than I think that I can do and you make me more optimistic about what we’re doing by making jokes with me and telling me funny stories about your life and asking me about mine. I guess I just really like that you took the time to get to know me and it really feels like you care not just about my fitness goals but also me as a person.

⚡ Well since you’re the only trainer that I’ve ever had, I don’t think that I can fully answer this question. From what I have been able to gather, however, I think that you try to help us reach our goals at a good pace. I always felt challenged, but I never felt like I was pushed so hard that it started to be unhealthy.

⚡ I feel like we train really well together! I feel like you make sure that I feel each exercise in all the right places and make sure that each muscle is being worked in multiple different ways,.

⚡ The thing that I liked most about my overall experience was that you give a lot of direction. As long as I did what you said, I would see results. And although I didn’t always stick to the rules, I’ve been really happy with my progress so far.
